At GraphicVista, we provide digital design services that require time, effort, and creative resources.
Therefore, we follow a strict but fair refund policy.
1. No Refund Policy
Once a project has started, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
This includes:
- Logo design
- Branding
- Graphic design
- UI/UX design
- Any custom design service
2. Refund Eligibility (Limited Cases)
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Work has not started
- Payment was made by mistake
- Service is unavailable due to internal issues
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment.
3. Revision Policy
We offer revisions as mentioned in your selected package.
Additional revisions (if any) may be chargeable.
4. Project Abandonment
If the client becomes unresponsive for 15 days or more, the project will be marked as completed with no refund.
5. Chargebacks
Any chargeback without contacting us first may result in service termination and legal action.
